3. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

All appointments for services are subject to availability. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee being charged.

• Ensure valuable or fragile items are secured or removed prior to our arrival.

Ocean Sparkle endeavors to provide services with the highest standard of care. However, we shall not be liable for any damages that exceed the cost of the services provided, except where prohibited by law. We are insured for accidental damage caused by our staff.
